Turner volunteers, please report to 49-53 Orchard Street, New Haven at 8:45am. Be sure to bring your signed liability waiver to give to Steve, the construction supervisor.

All other Habitat volunteers are asked NOT to report today. Please call Ellen at (203) 785-0794 if you have any questions.

Please be sure to pack plenty of water or Gatorade now that the weather is HOT. If you don't drink enough fluids, you will become dehydrated, which is extremely dangerous. UPDATE ON PARKING PASSES AS OF 4/12/11

Parking passes are now required on Elliot Street. If you do not have parking pass displayed, you will be ticketed!

Habitat has a limited supply of passes. Please get one from the construction staff at the start of the day and RETURN IT AT THE END OF THE DAY. DO NOT TAKE THE PASSES HOME EVEN IF YOU PLAN TO RETURN THE NEXT DAY. The City of New Haven is giving us a set amount because they do not want them floating around.

If you are ticketed, it will be your responsibility to pay the fine, so please remember to get (and return) a parking pass every time you volunteer.
